Overall, my experience at this salon was good. It was my first time using minimo for a service like this, and I was pleasantly surprised. Despite my limited Japanese, the staff made an effort to communicate with me, which I appreciated. The consultation was straightforward, and the stylist was honest about the color outcome and its longevity. I got the color I wanted, which was great. However, since I had a perm previously, they struggled to style my hair properly after the dye. It would’ve been helpful if they had the necessary products on hand. Nonetheless, I’m satisfied with the service and might be returning in the future. Thank you!
