⚠️必ずお読みください！ ○技術向上のための練習モデル様を募集しております。 ○こちらからの注意事項の確認の有無などの質問にお返 事頂けない方はキャンセルしておりますご了承下さい。 ○minimo限定価格で施術させて頂きますので、全てのメニューに返金、お直し等は行っておりません。 ○店舗状況により、こちらからご連絡行き次第ご予約が 確定となります。 ⚠️お支払い方法は現金のみとなっております。 ⚠️当日10分以上の無断遅刻は自動的にキャンセルとなります。事前にご連絡をお願いいたします。 ⚠️モデル募集のため最後お写真を撮らせて頂いております。 お写真をミニモやInstagramに掲載させて頂く場合がございます。 ◾️お断り対象者◾️ ・お急ぎ方 ・結膜炎、目の疾患、ものもらいなどにかかられている方 ・アレルギー体質の方 ・レーシック、アートメイク、美容整形をさせている方 ・著しくまつ毛の状態が悪い方 ・直後にブライダルなどイベントがある方 ◾️来店時注意事項◾️ ⚠️マスカラ、ビューラー、アイシャドウ等はせずにご来店ください。 ⚠️メイクスペースはございませんので、ご了承ください。 ⚠️ 万が一遅れる際は必ずご連絡ください。10分以上遅刻された場合は当日キャンセル扱いとなりますのでご注意ください。 ⚠️前日12時以降及び、当日のキャンセルはお控えください。やむを得ない場合も必ずご連絡ください！ 当日のキャンセルはいかなる理由でもminimoよりペナルティが課されますのでご注意下さい。 ⚠️ご予約の変更、キャンセルは前日までにご連絡ください。 上記をご了承頂ける方のみご予約お願い致します。 ⚠️ Please Read Carefully Before Booking! ⚠️ ○ We are currently looking for practice models as part of our skill improvement training. ○ If you do not reply to our confirmation messages or questions regarding important notes, your appointment may be canceled without notice. Thank you for your understanding. ○ As this is a special Minimo-limited offer, we do not provide refunds or touch-ups for any of the services. ○ Your reservation will only be confirmed after we contact you, depending on salon availability. ⚠️ Payment is accepted in cash only. ⚠️ If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be automatically canceled. Please be sure to contact us in advance if you will be late. ⚠️ As part of the model service, we will take photos after the procedure. Your photos may be used on Minimo or Instagram for promotional purposes. ⸻ ◾️ Not Eligible to Book If You: ・Are in a hurry ・Have conjunctivitis, eye infections, styes, or other eye-related issues ・Have allergies ・Have permanent makeup, or cosmetic surgery ・Have severely damaged or weak lashes ・Have an important event (such as a wedding) shortly after the appointment ⸻ ◾️ Important Notes for Your Visit: ⚠️ Please come without mascara, eyelash curlers, or eyeshadow. ⚠️ There is no makeup area available, so please plan accordingly. ⚠️ If you are going to be late, please contact us without fail. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your booking will be treated as a same-day cancellation. ⚠️ Please avoid cancellations or changes after 12:00 PM on the day before your appointment. In unavoidable cases, contact us as soon as possible. Please note: Minimo may issue penalties for same-day cancellations regardless of reason. ⚠️ For any changes or cancellations, please contact us no later than the day before your appointment. ⸻ Please only make a reservation if you agree to all of the above terms.
